Chicken soup is a soup made from chicken, simmered in water, usually with various other ingredients. Here I put an easy and simple Homemade Chicken Soup Recipes so that you can make it in your home and enjoy with your family and friends.
Original recipe makes 10 servings.
Ingredients:- Whole Chicken
- Carrots- 4
- Celery Stick- 4
- Large onion-1
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Start by putting a whole chicken into a pan. Take carrot, celery, onion and cut them half. Add all the vegetables to the chicken. Then add the cold water to cover the chicken and vegetables. Bring everything to boil over medium heat.
- After sometime, reduce the heat in medium low until the chicken is being cooked. Then transfer the chicken and vegetables to another pot and strain the water (Chicken and vegetables stalk) over a bowl.
- Then put chicken and vegetables stalk into a clean pan in low heat. Take the meat from bones and make it small pieces. Now chopped the carrots, celery and onion and add it to the stalk. Add chicken, salt and black pepper and stir everything well.
